TURTLE BACK ZOO STREAMLINES GUEST SERVICES WITH FRONTLINE SOLUTIONS' ATTRACTIONMANGER
Wayne, PA-Turtle Back Zoo recently installed FrontLine Solutions’ AttractionsManager software to streamline admissions and memberships at their facility in Essex County N.J. This is the latest addition to a list of other improvements at the zoo that include: a new gift shop, restaurant, several animal exhibits, a new open air picnic pavilion and themed playground.
Following these improvements, attendance and membership have been steadily increasing. The zoo needed a solution that streamlined the handling of the increased walk-in traffic, along with servicing the large number of school groups, and the ability to track membership status more effectively. With AttractionsManager, zoo administration is receiving better information on guest purchases and can ensure that the facility, and its many programs, is not overbooked.
About Turtle Back Zoo
Turtle Back Zoo, founded in 1963, is one of only four zoos in the state of New Jersey. It is part of the Essex County Park System, which is the oldest county park system in the United States. Turtle Back is the only zoo in the state to house an on-site animal hospital. The zoo is open year-round and set a new annual attendance record in 2005.
