Jay T. Snider - Chairman and CEO
A prominent and seasoned figure in the Sports Industry, Jay's past experience includes serving as President of the Philadelphia Flyers from 1983 to 1994; and as President of Spectacor, Inc. from 1987 to 1994. As President of Spectacor, Inc, Jay oversaw the management of the Philadelphia-based sports, entertainment, retail and communications conglomerate, now known as Comcast-Spectacor. He led the early project team in the development, planning and financing of the Wachovia Center, a $210 million state-of-the-art arena located in Philadelphia; served on the board of Spectacor Management Group (SMG), a leading private manager of public assembly facilities; and helped pioneer the concept of all-sports talk radio with the purchase and transformation of WIP-AM, a music station, into the most successful sports talk station in the country. An early introduction into the arena venue occurred in 1980, when Jay co-founded SpectaGuard to provide event staffing for arenas, stadiums and special events. Under his management, SpectaGuard grew to be a leading provider of trained security officers and electronic protection systems for corporate, industrial and institutional facilities. He served as Chairman until its sale in 1998, where he remained on the board of the company, now Allied-Barton Security, until August 2002.
In 1999, Jay founded Snider Capital, specializing in technology investments for sports and recreation. Frontline Solutions is an outgrowth of those investing activities. In 2004, he co-founded Cadence Cycling and Multi-Sport Centers, providing cyclists and tri-athletes with the nation’s finest range of performance training and widest selection of quality bicycles and components. Jay also serves as Chairman of Lindi Skin, the leading provider of skin care products for individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
Todd Browning, President, FrontLine Solutions
Todd has worked over 15 years in the hospitality and technology industry. Todd began his career by managing two exclusive private country clubs. He served as a Regional Sales Manager for Diamond Management Systems, a software provider for the private club industry and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Todd assisted with the merger of Diamond Management Systems and Country Club Systems creating ClubSystems Group, the largest provider of technology solutions in the private club industry. Todd served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the ClubSystems Group. Today, Todd oversees all operations of FrontLine Solutions.
