RMS has full user documentation and training guides that are available during the initial implementation and for daily activity support. Also built into the application is an easy-to-access, on-line user documentation with help screens, key word searches and easy to follow indexes -- all within the software.
FrontLine will make available software updates and new releases including all published revisions to printed documentation for those customers with a current maintenance contract.
The sale and deployment of FrontLine Solutions' software products can be integrated with the sale of hardware systems and installation services. RMS installations are planned and overseen by FrontLine Solutions' project managers and installation and training personnel. The installation team installs all software, customizes all touch-screen templates to the customer's specifications, and resolves installation issues.
