FAQs

What is unique about your ticketing system?
TicketManager integrates all areas into one system – one solution.  There is no need to buy a separate point of sale, group and marketing system.

What does your ticketing system do that others don’t?
TicketManager’s goal is to provide you with every feature and tool you may ever need or want in one integrated system.  In addition to best-of-breed ticketing technologies, TicketManager provides built-in invoicing, sponsorship sales, party and room scheduling, enrollment functionality for camps and clubs, prints wristbands, badges, you name it and TicketManager may very well do it!

Is there a barcode scanning feature?
Yes.  For both in-house tickets printed at the window, and season ticket books that you order, you will be able to find out who is attending and who is not and respond accordingly.  Scanning for print at home tickets is available as well.

Can I get a demonstration of the product?
Please do – it is the only way to get a true feeling of the benefits of the system.  If your organization is contemplating a change with their ticketing system, we would be very interested in hearing from you.

Can you handle my retail or my concessions?
TicketManager has separate but integrated modules for retail merchandise sales and concessions sales.  The power of having these modules within the TicketManager system is the integration.  You can run one report for sales in all three areas.  You can see what a particular customer is buying from each of the three areas.  You deal with one vendor instead of three.  You learn and maintain one system instead of three.  You can utilize loyalty programs and gift cards across each area (if someone has a gift card, they can use it at any of the three areas).

What does it take to operate your system?
TicketManager runs on a Windows PC.  There is no proprietary hardware.  Point-of-Sale units may opt for touchscreen monitors, cash drawers, credit card swipes, pole displays, receipt printers and ticket printers.  All of these optional devices plug into the PC.
